G4 System 10.4.7, Web Confidential 3.7.6

Palm OS v3.1.1

I downloaded Web Confidential for Palm and insdtalled. the
application shows category's are there but no data. WB on the Mac does
not have incription turned on.

I am not sure of my passphase since file is open and working is ther a
way I can view it so that WC on Palm will have the same Passphase.
