Actually, Stating the Obvious included a "Filtered for
Purity" weblog feature for several years -- a regularly
updated link list with Michael Sippey's value-added
comments.
The first Filtered doesn't appear to be archived at the site,
which was launched in 1995, but it may have been the first
weblog. It and Offhand Remarks were the first ones I was
visiting regularly.
