Thru a clever use of SSI, and multiple script installs, Greymatter could do
it. But Movable Type is built for exactly what you are talking about - and
it'd only take one install of the script to get it all working.

Anywhere that you can run your own Perl scripts would work. I use HostRocket.com - but there are plenty of places cheaper than them. Search the MT support...
