o Webots 4 progress report

A first public beta version of Webots 4 is available for
download. This early version runs on Linux. However we also
have the same version running on Windows and Mac OS X here,
but there are still a few bugs making them pretty unstable
yet. The information page has been updated and contain
download information for beta testers.

o ALife Contest still growing

We have now 34 competitors engaged in the contest, controllers
are updated more and more frequently as the deadline of May 1st
2003 is approaching. We changed the rules a little bit to make
the robot move more frequently from one charger to another.
Piglet currently holds the Khepera II + Webots PRO first prize,
but many challengers are around and everything remains
