Khepera III model in Webots Khepera II special offer
Khepera III robot Since Webots 5.1.10, we introduced a model of the Khepera III robot in Webots. This model includes the 9 infra-red distance sensors looking around the robot, the two floor sensors looking down and the 5 long range sonars. Additional sensors (like cameras) can be easily added on the top of the robot.

e-puck robot After to recent availability of the Khepera III robot, we are pleased to announce a special offer for the Khepera II robot which is now priced CHF 1,590 instead of CHF 2,390! Also the price for the Webots + Khepera II bundle is now CHF 3,280 instead of CHF 4,080. These new prices are available for orders reaching us before December 20th, 2006.
Webots / BotStudio lecture at Lafayette College Surveyor's SVR-1 robot to be included in Webots 5.1.11
BotStudio Jeff Pfaffmann setup a nice mobile robot competition at the Computer Science department of Lafayette College (USA). This competition is based on the Hemisson robot and the Webots / Botstudio programming interface. His web site includes a lot of very nice material, including a nice PDF tutorial.
Surveyor SVR-1 We are currently developing a model of the Surveyor SVR-1 robot in Webots. This dual motor tracked robot has an onboard VGA camera, 4 infra-red distance sensors and a Zigbee wireless communication module allowing teleoperation from a PC. The simulation model uses the same control protocol as the real robot.
