Every free web hosting service that I know of requires the addition of
some sort of advertising, either via popups or banner ads placed within
the posted pages.

However, many schools have their own school or district web sites. If you
are associated with some educational institution, I would check with them
regarding finding a place for you to post your webquests.

If you are not affiliated with some educational institution, but you still
have WebQuests that you would like to post somewhere, check with your ISP
(I see from your e-mail address that you are using MSN) regarding web
space. Most ISP service contracts include a limited amount of ad-free web
space you can use.
