Yes Rick, I ran the setup from the download link... it is from this site that I

Whatsup090308.exe is the file I downloaded from the group, hoping it will solve
the problem, but no, problem still here...

There are two ways to start the program : either by double-clicking the program
in the file explorer, or using the desktop shortcut with a "start in" property
value of "C:\Program Files\Whats_up".

In both cases, the program opens, the dialog box pops up to ask for the
Objects.csv file, but there is no .csv file in the file list part of the dialog
box, wether I change the folder or not... The only way to stop the program is to
kill it with the task manager...
