And so Whirlpower is left to continue on it's own, the only real
question is has it become an independent entity yet ? Is it able to
hold it's own in this world, or will it fade away with the parting of
it's instigator ?
Well I've got it firmly in mind, and I feel others have too. Of
course it is archived here, and in many other places for those who
wish to peruse, so I guess the answer is "Yes, It lives !"
If I may be so bold, I would like to offer my own insight into
understanding Whirlpower, so here goes.
David was a narcoleptic, he lived in his dreams and his dreams lived
in him, at least more than some of us. I think it would be fair to
say that within dreams are interpretations of our experiences and,
vice versa, are interpreted with the aid of our experiences. This is
the crux. I feel David's dreams are completely valid, I think it's
his interpretation we should examine.
Having built a couple of vortex pools I have no doubts about the
validity of creating vortexes the way David saw it. No, for me the
only problem was understanding how to tap them without killing them,
and this is where I feel David's interpretations need to be examined.
INDIRECTLY tap a vortex. Simple as that.
If you mechanically form a vortex, mechanically drawing off it is not
indirect. It is direct. David had paddles, these are mechanical,
that is direct.
Forgive me David, but maybe you couldn't see the wood for trees.
Does a propellor get corroded due to the mechanical action of the
water rushing over it ? No, it does not.
Look at the depth of energy processes going on and tap one of the
other forms, those created as a result of the mechanical.
Good luck everyone,
