On section of a conference "Fuel-less power generation and ecologically
clean technologies of the XXI century " are offered to discuss a problem of
reception of energy from an environment with the help of a vortex. In this
problem the outstanding scientists were engaged J. Keely, Nikolai Tesla,
Viktor Schauberger and others. Now in it tens scientific in the different
countries of the world are engaged. This problem very urgent, as with the
