To who it may concern,

Please find a link to www.oetool.com a website that has been inspired by Victor
Schauberger's work with vortices in water.

The website is a speculative hypothesis to explain the origin of life.

The outline is that in a water vortex the forces present supply the energy to
give the electrons of the water molecules more energy than they had before the
vortex. This type of energy is accepted in quantum theory, the question I am
asking is can a vortex generate this type of energy?

If it were the case that energy is generated at the atomic level because of the
natural flow of water, it is possible that such an energy would have been
important in the origin of life, if not the spark of life itself.

Regards Ritchie King.
