Dear Alaa Yousef,

I can just tell that you can configure Local Policy(if your pc is not in
domain) to restrict most of things in Windows XP

Further dicussion on this issue will go unreplied as we have created this
group just to discuss and provide support on windows based webalizer
issues.....!

I recommend you to try Windows XP based groups for support on Windows XP or
refer Microsoft Support Site
