I am fairly sure this DLL does not have to be
registered.
However, you can do NO damage by trying to register
it. It will either return a "success" message of a
"fail" message.
If you want to try this go:
START > RUN > and type Regsvr32 DLL name and hit
enter. Make sure there is a space between 32 and the
DLL name.
Example: "regsvr32 riched32.dll" (without the
quotes).
Again, I say you can do NO damage to your system and
it might, might fix the problem.
