Hi,
I am wondering if there is a way to search for parts across all
WinQcad component libraries. It looks like I have to manually scan
library by library if I am not sure where a part might be.
Other than this, this looks like a decent package.

... You have that feature both in PartEdit and PackEdit. Just press the "List All Products/Packages" button in the corresponding Part/Package selector....
