SoftSoft Ltd is proud to announce the new release of the professional
version of WinTopo.

We have been listening to the comments and requests from our users and
have enhanced WinTopo Pro with the following features...

1. Digitising and Vector Editing.
- You can digitise vector polylines over the raster image.
- You can adjust vector positions.
- You can insert additional points into a polyline.
- You can delete points out of a polyline.
- You can break a polyline into two polylines.
- You can join two polylines to make a single polyline.
- You can digitise polylines in any colour you choose.
- Snap modes ensure digitising is easy and accurate.
- All these options are covered by the new UNDO facility.

2. ArcView Shape file format output, and input.
- includes the 3 files .SHP .SHX and .DBF

3. New option for identifying the raster background colour.
- very useful for rasters with poor contrast, or dark background.

4. Full command line interface.
- batch process rasters with unattended operation.
- 3rd party developers can incorporate WinTopo Pro into their
software.

5. New "Pan" cursor on the toolbar.
- drag the image around with the 'hand' cursor.

6. Improved Pen and Eraser tools for retouching rasters.

7. Gamma Correction option.
- adjust the brightness/contrast/intensity in a single operation.

8. Numerous enhancements to usability, stability and speed.

Existing WinTopo Pro License owners will be able to benefit from this
new release at no additional cost. Version 2.2 License codes will be
automatically issued over the next few days.

The price for new Licenes is being temporarily held down at the old
