Hello WinTopo Users

We are sending this message in response to some recent unwelcome and
irrelevant postings to this group.

We do not want group members to be inconvenienced by such 'spam' postings,
and have therefore taken the precaution of moderating postings by new
members.

This means that it is now not possible for anyone to create a new membership
just for the purpose of spamming the group with an advert (which seems to be
the method used by the offenders).

Established members will still be able to post to the group without
moderation.
