Is it possible to use WinTopo PRO to

1- close polylines
2- duplicate polylines

Purpose :
I've used the free version to vectorise a map of region : the product seems to
be easy and poweerfull, I like it

But now I have to isolate each polygon individualy.
After the vecorisation process Two adjacent polygon are sharing the same
polylines.
However, I obviously have to clone those polylines to create individual polygon.

Is there easy ways to do so with WinTopo pro ?
If not (as I'm afraid) does anyone knows about such feature in some tools ?
