I realised that the vector maps saved in WinTopo Data format using
WinTopo Freeware and WinTopo Pro (Trial Version) are not the same.
See below :-

WinTopo Pro in WinTopo Data Format :-

POLYLINE, 77, 27.000000, 2, 0.000000, 93.000000, 255.000000,
120.000000, 255.000000, 3394814, 0, 0
93.00,255.00
120.00,255.00
END

POLYLINE ....
...
END

Can I save the vector maps in the above WinTopo Data Format with the
WinTopo Freeware.
