As soon as a beta version is ready, we will post a message to this group,
with a URL for downloading.

At the present time the development team report that there is about 3 days
work to produce the first beta.

The alpha version is looking very good, and we will value feedback from
testers of the beta version.

I realised that the vector maps saved in WinTopo Data format using WinTopo Freeware and WinTopo Pro (Trial Version) are not the same. See below :- WinTopo Pro... 		albert_tanab

WinTopo Freeware outputs a text file with similar information, but a different format, like this... ID=99, Length=19.414214, Nodes=3, ...
