Need to add to this. Is there a setting in Wintopo to locate the
drawing when you open the output in ACAD.

For some reason it gives me a negative quadrant. Even if by multiple
steps I get to a 0,0 left corner and resize the paper the first time I
zoom in and then go to all to restore it goes back to the negative
quadrant
