Basic Usage:

1. Load a raster image.
(Use "File->open Image...",
or the leftmost toolbar button).
2. Perform "One-Touch Vectorisation".
(Use "Vector->One-Touch Vectorisation",
or the toolbar button that looks like a hand
with a finger pointing down, or press F10).
3. Save the vector drawing.
(Use "File->Save Vectors As...",
or the 3rd toolbar button from the left).

For more detailed information take a look at the Help Manual
(click "Help->Help"). It's got some good explanation of the various
functions.
If you are not getting good results, then it may be that your
particular images are a little different to average. You can e-mail
one of your images to the WinTopo Support Team at the e-mail address
given on the "Help->About" window. The support staff are always
pleased to give advise.

It is planned that simple Tutorials will be made available at some
