Export to Coral 9

Greetings,
I am new here and very new to this software. I have the freeware
version. I need to convert raster to vector and then export to a
Mimaki Plotter CG 100 LX. I normally use Coral draw 9 to run the
plotter. Can I export vector from WinTopo to Coral 9 and from there
to the plotter. The plotter is used for drawing and also stencil
cutting.
Any info would be appreciated.
