I work with neighborhood associations in low moderate income
neighborhoods. One of our mission tasks is to empower neighborhoods
to be self sufficient, resourceful and successful in addressing
problems and issues in their communities. We provide training,
consulting and hands on when concerns emerge from their
neighborhoods.

We recently have been provided GIS Arcview 9 to assist with that
endeavor. I have been looking at sites that specifically work with
community groups in one way or another. These groups tend to be few
and far between. Again, I am looking for sites that use Arcview in
their work with neighborhoods. More pointedly, I am interested in
agencies and groups that use GIS and Arcview in their work with
neighborhoods.

Is there anyone who works with communities in this capacity that I
can dialogue with?
