Required color to be converted from raster to vector data

Hi all,

I want to convert the required colour only from raster map to vector data, for example contours are brown, roads are red and streams are black.

I want to be converted only contours lines brown color from raster to vector, remaining data is not required. What is the procedure?

what are the settings to be done?
