OK, I am completely lost. I am dealing with maps. Raster maps that are
"Georeferenced" using UTM or Lat/Lon and a specific DATUM. How does that
translate to the vector X,Y coordinates used by WinTOPO? I like the results of
the raster to vector conversion a lot better than many other programs I have
tried but this But I don't see anything GEOGRAPHIC about the georeferencing
function at all.
