In answer to the question posed on the subject line, I think it would be
more accurate to say that this group was never really alive. It is one of a
number of groups which I created but never actually announced publicly
because I did not have anyone to lead the discussion. If you would be
interested in being a discussion leader, I will make an announcement which
will increase the number of subscribers somewhat above the present 23.
