I will be away from internet access from August 10 until August 17 (I
will be vacationing in a cottage on the shore of the Black Sea in Sarpi
-- about 130 km. from Trebizond.)

This will only make a difference for subscribers who have never posted a
message before. The reason is that I have all my groups configured such
that new subscribers are automatically placed on moderated status, so
that I have to take action to change your status when you post your
first message (or when you write to me to request that the status be
changed). For a few groups I have appointed moderators to act for me,
but for most it will be necessary for your messages to wait until I
return.

Sorry about that. It is a policy I have adopted to protect my groups
from spam.
