Slight change in plans :-)

I've been working on the email code, but that lead to revisions to the
outline save functions in advance of what I had planned for the 1.0 release.

So I'm going to leapfrog 0.9.06, and spend another couple of weeks polishing
the 0.9.1 release with:

Email part of an outline.
Save outlines locally outside of Radio/activeRenderer's outlines folder
hierarchy.
Save outlines remotely via ftp, smtp or webdav.
Save outlines as 'active' dhtml, static html (blockquotes for indentation),
MS Word outlines (styles for indentation), markdown or plain text (tabs for
indentation) in addition to opml.

All but the Word renderers are finished and tested. Rewriting the save
interface is tricky, since it's hard to keep it simple while adding the new
formats and features. Then I have to code the smtp and webdav clients on the
backend, and complete the email interface.
