WSIS National Youth Campaigns are on its way to began.But have you noticed the word "campign" in it? Let me point out that the word "campign" connotes:
A series of military operations undertaken to achieve a large-scale objective during a war: Grant's Vicksburg campaign secured the entire Mississippi for the Union. An operation or series of operations energetically pursued to accomplish a purpose: an advertising campaign for a new product; a candidate's political campaign. http://www.yourdictionary.com/ahd/c/c0052500.html
It is ofcourse true that Youth Caucus is popularising the concpet or campaigning of information society.But the main theme is to bring out a policy document that would be incorporated in the global Youth Caucus views and to chart out a map of the place of youth in the national information scoeities.
If it is so then instead of using the word capaign using the word "consultation" would be appropriate.
