Its my hope to let think that all is fine with you,am mailing to let
you know that if you are planning a conference trip to Caracas,you
will need the following:

An Invitation from Caracas
Your Passport Ugandan and any travel document valid to Travel around
the World.
Yellow fever Vaccination card
Hotel Reservation Proof
A Diplomatic letter obatained from the Uganda High Commission in
Nairobi Located on Uganda House
Airfare Reservation
Bank Statement of proof of funds
Visa fee which is 30 dollars
The embassy is located on 3rd floor,International House Nairobi
opposite Wimpy Restaurant and remember we do not have Venezueala
missions in Uganda.

I also take this opportunity that to inform you that non of all
members in this groups is selfish and keep information for him or
herself,atleast all who subscribed to this group know there is a
conference taking place.

Just as some members have left the group,am sure that many will
join,and they atleast visit the WTA website,only that they feel tha t
they do not understand our proggrmmes and its our duty to inform
them,you can only do this through posting or any other. Members have
sent Individual mails asking many questions,so i think they know all
whats going on. I personally have got that visa but am not sure if i
will attend as my money is not yet enough,but please keep hope up.
