I think you should have the moderator entries expire after a moderator
has not processed any events for a given period if you're relying on
email headers to determine moderator status. For example, if
joe@... last approved a pending message 6 months ago, should he
still have moderator priveleges here? I think it should expire the
moderator perspective here after, say, one month of inactivity? Maybe
two? I've had high moderator turnover in a couple of my groups and for
one of them it was because the moderators who I had promoted had started
collecting email addresses. Something I'd like to prevent them from
doing easily regardless of the system they use.
