If the group lists members then you can pull the YahooID's from the
membership rolls here:
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/%groupname%/members?group=mod
It also segregates them into moderators and owners, which might be
useful.

If the group does not list members then the best you can do is parse the
headers for the "X-eGroups-Approved-By:" line and parse the results.
That address is either a moderator or an owner, but the only thing you
can tell is that they have message moderation rights.
