Hi Group, My laptop is a 32 bit machine running Fedora11 x586. I installed: /xbasic-6.3.4-linux-i386-20091110.tar.gz and got this in the console: kernel32.x -

XBasic-6.3.4 for Linux
xbasic-6.3.4-linux-i386-20091110.tat.gz is now in Files > members > XBasicBin It includes the option $$NONBLOCK when opening a file (ie) fileNumber = OPEN
