The XMetaL-DITA group was started by Bright Path Solutions and initially moderated by Kay Whatley. It is a private effort by a team of individuals and is not a corporate project. The goal of the group is to educate XMetaL users in working with the DITA standard.

I can confirm this too. Thus our guideline has been to first create AND save the topic, and then add a conref to it. This creates relative paths, as needed for
