newbie needs "getting started"   Message List

Hello,

My name is Paul and I'm a newbie.
(I feel like I'm in AA or something.)

I've been working in Java since Jan 2002
and in XML since Feb.

I am VERY EXCITED about the xmLP !!!
But...
I think I need a "dumber-than-a-box-of-rocks"
version of a "Getting Started" manual.
I realize that you recently published the programs
and may not have any docs yet, but could you
think about maybe publishing a sample Java program (or 2)
to test out the examples.
I've also had many problems when in comes to Classpaths and URLs.

Thank you. And I hope to get up to speed very quickly.
I see THIS technology being THE WAY.
