Knuth's macro names but you have no invoke. The definition of the pc section is the (possibly absent) code section (c)
that is part of the same node (n).
If I understand correctly, then the programmer doesn't have any control over the presentation order, only the hierarchical
layout. By separating the invoke from the macro definition, in Knuth's form you can have both the hierarchial view,
by starting at the root file node and digging down, or follow the linear order provided by the programmer (skipping using links
when desired).
