Today we released sample scripts for Frontier and Radio UserLand, which
implement a client and server interoperability test matrix for both XML-RPC
and SOAP:

In the course of our work on SOAP interoperability, we've found this kind of
testing to be of great value, so we decided to share what we've learned with
the XML-RPC community.
