I had more detail info on our solar cell encapsulation, unfortunately our main computer and its back were stolen a few weeks ago. All the files were in there. I'll try to help you the best way I can.
We used two sided foam tape (HVP) to hold the solar cells in place and sprayed conformal to encapsulate the cells. More detailed information can be found under "news update" (http://www.xof1.com/projectnewsupdate.html)
Below are some links that may be of interest to you.
Hope you will find the information useful. Let me know if there is anymore information you may need.
Kindest regards,
Marcelo da Luz

We have a problem about encapsulation our solar cells. Is there anyone

We prefer more pratical, easier also some efficient method for curve
