If the logical partition you're booting 98 from is beyond the 1024 cylinder limit you'll need to edit the boot code to allow Int13 extensions during boot time....

You also need to hide each partition, install XP on the remaining visible one, which will be c: for all of them, and then re-install XOSL to add it to the boot...
