Hi,
I just discovered XO Wave last night - and am really excited by what its capable
of. I run
podcast called Dailysonic and have been looking for an inexpensive yet powerful
DAW to
recommend to our contribs and other fellow podcasters).
One question - especially relevant to podcasting... Is XO Wave really capable of
ducking? It
appears that the side chain on the compressor only allows me to select an EQ
range on the
same audio track... In order to duck my audio I'd need to, for example, put
vocals on track 1
& music on track 2, put a compressor on track 2 with the side chain analyzing
the input from
track 1. Is that currently possible?
Thanks for your help,
Adam Varga
