XO Wave is more for production than composition, so it doesn't have
much in the way of looping (it has pro-tools style duplicate copy/cut
and superior cross-fades, but normally when people talk about loops
they mean something like Ableton Live). I doubt that you'll find a
single tool with both good looping and good video sync, but I could
be wrong about that.
