Job Description

Sharethrough is seeking a PHP Guru/Software Architect to...

* Architect & develop Sharethrough's next set of amazing features
* Provide "Obi-Wan Kenobi" like mentorship and guidance to other engineers
* Evangelize solid code practices, design patterns, and overall engineering
goodness
* Report to the CTO; work directly with the CEO, other engineers, and
management

Requirements

* Dream in PHP
* Plans carefully, tests thoroughly, and executes quickly - in that order
* Enthusiast of the Zend MVC framework
* Applies Agile thinking in and outside of work
* Is an A+ player: insists on excellence in everything they do and in
everyone with whom they work
* Cares about people: in particular, looks out for their teammates' success,
health, and happiness
* Fast learner: prides self on ability to learn things as fast as humanly
possible, and is highly self-reflective for learning's sake
* Unafriad of taking smart risks, thrives on chaos and uncertainty
* Intensely driven, proactive, and hard working
* Extremely goal orientated; this is a start-up - we put in the time it
takes to get the job done
* Quick learner and real doer; err on execution over strategy
* Likeable person who garners respect on and off the job.

* Should want to live in or near San Francisco (relocation available if
necessary)
