to whom it may concern,

     I am writing you to get help in protecting my computer i have anti
virus and such but yazak says they are not bootable but that's baloney
people are using booters no matter what i do i can't seem to win. these
people refuse to grow up and they have kids and they are screwing with
people online. how can they be considered good parents when they play
childish games like this and dictate who can be friends with whom and
yahoo just lets em continue staying in chat and that's wrong, they are
hackers. as well as childish bullies who say it's just chat get over it
why screw with mentally ill, vulnerable people, why not go to the fight
rooms and stay put? i believe they are using a keylogger as well.

     can you help?

The New Booter that is being used CAN be blocked...............IT also
will take out ALL chat clients, unless You know this FIX
...................the Anti-Virus softwares are totally different than
using a Booter In Yahoo..........ONE doesn't have anything to do with

I have tried every chat client out there.  I still get booted to
Kingdom Come.  Any suggestions?  Also, I don't know if I have the
settings correct in any of the clients.

Nothing can be done against this new booter as it is a server side exploit.
Yahoo severs (precisely the yahoo messenger protocol ) has this flaw. Even if
you use cloak / gawd mode / shield , it does not help. Basically the above said
defence tactics are all based upon logging with a profile id and thus hiding
your main id. But this new breed exploit allows the booter to find out your real
id and then disconnect it.

Only yahoo can fix it or they have to come up with HTTP / HTTP based messenger
protocol. Even then god only knows how many flaws will the new exploit will
have.

One way - the only way - to escape from present situation is this.

1. Login to chat using your profile id.
2. Enable your cloak / gawd mode / shield or whatever name. (or disable your
profile )
3. Log on to your yahoo mail then go to options and then delete the profile you
logged in.
4. Logout
5. Login to a different id. If you don't have one, please create it before do
this circus.
6. Now the most important part. Create the same profile id in this "different"
id.

You have done.

The negative part is, you have to shift around your profile id every time you
login to chat. So it is a complicated circus.

....And, while you deleting your profile, if someone or something creates the
same in some other ids, you are gone..!

unbootable I find best client some find yahelite unbootable for them. I
