I have a Yashica44 LM. Since my last post, I discovered
that by turning one of the silver knobs on the front, I
was able to set the lens to *B*
Now if anyone has a spare close up lens to sell,
let me know.

I was given an old Yashica TLR. Is there a way to open the lens so I can take a longer exposure ? Thanks, Herman...

You use the B (for Bulb) setting for that. Basically, you can depress and hold the cable release for as long as you want. Many cable releases have a locking...

There you go... As for a closeup lens, I tried this: B30 (I think) to 52mm screw-in adapter + 52-58mm step up ring + Canon 500D close-up lens: I tried this cuz...
