The short answer is "no." Essentially the Address Book APIs only return information you already know about your contacts, it does not give you more information that Yahoo! may know privately about these people. This is for reasons of privacy protection.
In the future, we may introduce mechanisms for other Yahoo! users to share their private data with you, but that is not available today. You might also check out the Y!OS Profiles API, although I do not think they allowing the sharing of email addresses today either.

Hello,
Is there a way to translate a Yahoo ID into an email address? Most contacts returned by the AB searchContacts method are people I've added through Y!M and as such don't have an email address associated with their entries.
I could simply append @yahoo.com but does Y! Mail route the message to the correct servers in case the account has an @yahoo.co.uk address?
