I don't think that's easily done. questionSearch results don't include location
information. They do return <UserId> and <UserNick> values, so maybe you could
identify where the posting user is located, if they volunteered that info in
their profile. But then, I don't see a structured way (via a Yahoo! API) to
retrieve user location info.
