Using the example yui range slider I'm loading my page with my slider
in a hidden div (I'm using a tab control). This seems to be causing
issues drawing the widget correctly when I finally show it. Does
anyone know the best way to handle this? I don't see any refresh or
redraw command I could use when showing the div & control.
