Roger, Be sure to reboot into DOS mode only. The CNCPro program will usually initiate a setting to auto-reboot from the win desktop icon first time you use it....

Hit F5 to enable X, F6, F7, F8 for the next axis's, as soon as you start CNCPro you must do this... I run from a laptop and have no problems......
