JS: Have you adjusted the acceleration settings in CNCPro? If not, give that a try. Slow down the acceleration a lot and then work the values back up a little...

manually jog your machine to within inches of home everytime, then enter home and have your home speed set at 10- 15 inches per minute.hope this helps....
