First off, YMJ rocks and I was really excited to find that there's an
API for writing plugins. Yay! However I soon became sad when I
discovered that there don't seem to be any interfaces for *searching
the catalog*. =[

Any recommendations for doing this? Presumably I could search via
http://music.yahoo.com/ and scrape the HTML, but that's annoying and
fragile and makes me want to cry a little.

A while back, somebody stated that you could search using a query
like http://yme.music.yahoo.com/search/ymediasearch.asp?
type=<type>&search=<terms> and get back XML results, but I'm getting
zero results when I try that. =[ Anybody know why? (e.g.
http://yme.music.yahoo.com/search/ymediasearch.asp?
type=artist&search=moby)

Please tell me that there's a new version of YMJ around the corner
that'll have new API's for searching... Or that there are powerful
web services for searching. Please please tell me that I don't have
to try to scrape the webpages... =]
