This production incident was resolved at 12:00 noon PDT yesterday.
But if you are still experiencing timeouts or other issues with BOSS API calls, please provide the following:
[1] The first 7 characters of your APP ID.
[2] The specific details of your issue (including copy+paste of the request sent / response back, including errors).
[3] traceroute output (to "boss.yahooapis.com"), captured right after your failed BOSS API call.
[4] The exact time (including time zone) and date, which the above items were gathered.
